Dorthy Skinner, 75, passed away Monday, May 1, 2017, at her home in Crane. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Friday, May 5, at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Crane, and burial to follow in Burns Cemetery.
