If you’re looking to stay current with the latest fashion trends or need some new accessories to freshen your wardrobe, mark your calendar for the P.E.O. Re-Style featuring Harriet Langmas set for Saturday, March 14, at the Harney County Church of the Nazarene, 311 Roe Davis Ave. Admission is free. Donations will be accepted. Langmas’ show will start at 1:30 p.m. upstairs and will feature a presentation on fashion trends and ways to accessorize. Afterward, in the basement, attendees can browse clothes and new and re-styled jewelry available for purchase. All of the proceeds from the event will go to scholarships for women. This is the seventh year P.E.O. Chapter EY has put on the Re-Style event. It is one of the group’s major scholarship fundraisers. Since the chapter first started in 1983, Harney County women have received $269,268 in scholarship money. One of the chapter’s other fundraisers takes place during the holiday season when the group holds a drawing for a handmade wooden chest filled with gifts. This year’s winner was Mindy Sheley.
