Trevor L. Jones passed away Aug. 30 in Lincoln City.

Trevor was born May 14, 1987, in Redlands, Calif. He moved to Burns with his parents, Doug and Ginger, when he was 2 years old. He met his best friend, Luke Beneful, when he entered school, and they remained friends for the rest of his life.

To know Trevor, you were lucky. If you didn’t, you missed out. Trevor didn’t want to pass away in Burns, so his parents took him to the coast. There he was at peace. He got to see Luke, his uncle, Ron, his grandfather, Don, and his cousins, Blane and Crystal.

His mother, father, and uncle were at his side when he left for God’s kingdom. People say that God loves your children more than you do. We sure pray that this is true. We have never known such love, only through the eyes of our son. He will truly be missed. Thanks to everyone who prayed and loved him. And special thanks to Tiffany. At the request of his parents, there will be no service.
