NOTICE OF BUDGET COMMITTEE MEETING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to ORS 294.426, that a meeting of the Budget Committee of Harney County School District #10, Harney County, State of Oregon, to discuss the budget for the fiscal year July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2026 will be held on the 1st   day of May 2025, at 7:00 p.m. at the Suntex School, located at 68178 Silver Creek Rd., Riley OR for the purpose of receiving the budget message and budget document. This is a public meeting where deliberations of the Budget Committee will take place. Any person may appear at the meeting and comment on proposed programs at that time. Pursuant to ORS 477.250, notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held to receive from any interested persons suggestions, advice, objections or remonstrances to the proposed budget for the Central Oregon Forest Protection District. REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS (“RFP”) New Heating System School Building

Drewsey School District #13 reserves the right to reject any and all qualification statements, to cancel this solicitation, and to waive any informalities or irregularities in procedure.

Introduction

Drewsey School District #13 is soliciting proposals from offerors for the installation of a new/upgraded heating system for the School Building.

Qualification statements and proposals for consideration must be licensed and bonded. All equipment, materials, labor, warranties, and insurance are the responsibility of the contractor. For the exact size of the job contact Jessica Engeberg 541-589-1047.

State of Oregon Prevailing Wage Rates for Public Works Contracts in Oregon shall be utilized for all labor involved in this contract, including Wage Rates and Certification of payroll as required by the Bureau of Labor and Industries, in the event that the cost of the project exceeds $50,000.
