Our dear friends it is with a heavy heart that we inform you of the passing of our beloved Candy Vanderford Negus, she was in the ICU at St Luke’s hospital in Boise. She left us July 18, 2022 at 5:45 a.m. 

She will be sorely missed by all who knew her. Her friendship and generosity knew no limits. Candy served on the Hines City Council and also as Mayor during the 1970’s through 1980. She was very civic minded and wanted the very best for her community. Candy was the owner and operator of Candy’s Fashions in Burns for many years.
