Kaylee Birt has been missing since Friday, April 4, 2025. She was last seen at The Fields Store, with her car which is a gold 2008 Chevy Malibu with plate ORE GW21073. She was making her way from Klamath Falls, to Shenandoah, Iowa and was last seen wearing a green long sleeve shirt and white sweatpants with Christmas trees on them. She has green and brown glasses and a mole on her left cheek.

Birt is 29-years-old, with brown hair and hazel eyes. She weighs 120 pounds and is 5’ 2”. She has a tattoo on her right wrist of a lighthouse and a tattoo on her foot of a Christian fish and cross with the Romans 8:31 verse.

Kaylee’s car was discovered in the remote part of Southern Harney County on Sunday, April 6. 

As of Tuesday, April 8, at 12:25 p.m., search efforts continue, utilizing available resources. Those involved in the effort to find Birt include: Harney County Search & Rescue, Harney County Sheriff’s Office, Lake County Search & Rescue, Grant County Search & Rescue K9 team, Oregon State Police, Malheur Search & Rescue, Roaring Springs Ranch with crews on horseback and UTV’s and Washoe County Sherrif’s Office and Search & Rescue. Air support is expected to continue today, weather permitting.
