Clint Troy Starbuck passed away on March 11, 2025, in a fatal car accident in Harney County. He was 37 years old.

Clint was born on April 19, 1987, in Harney County to Cliff and Pam Starbuck. Clint was raised and lived in Harney County. He graduated from Crane Union High School in 2005.

Clint loved to mechanic where you could often find him under the hood of one of his Chevy pickup trucks, with grease on his hands, and a smile on his face.

Clint loved his family and was happiest when he was with them. He was a dedicated family man and was especially proud of his three children. He was also proud to be a Starbuck! He loved camping and fishing trips with his family. He also had a love for football (Steelers and Chiefs) and classic cars. 

He really loved to cruise around town with his wife and children in his 1967 Pontiac Executive with the windows down and the music up!

Clint is preceded by his grandparents, Don and Azalea Starbuck; grandfather, Curly Norris; and step-grandfather, Gary Altnow.

Clint is survived by his parents, Cliff and Pam Starbuck; grandmother, Carol Altnow; sister, Melissa Starbuck; niece, Azalea Long-Starbuck; son, Kenneth Troy Starbuck; daughters, Christa Grace Neveah Starbuck and Kismet Lynn Elizabeth Starbuck; and the love of his life, his wife, Kristina Marie Starbuck; numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
