Old West Federal Credit Union Manager of the year is a prestigious award that recognizes outstanding managers who lead with heart and integrity at Old West Federal Credit Union.

The process to nominate and subsequently chose the Manager of the Year recipient for Old West is twofold …

The manager is first nominated by fellow managers which are then confirmed by the Executive and VP leadership team. 

The Manager of the Year award represents the best of the best, especially when it comes to demonstrating what it means to be a Servant, a Leader, a Coach, and a trusted “GO TO” person, all qualities that Lindsey exemplifies in all that she does.

Lindsey has served as the Manager in Burns for about 5 years with experience and service in the financial industry for 18 years.

As a Manager, Lindsey shows every day what it means to be an encourager and leader while serving as a role model for not only her local team but for many other team members at other Old West  Federal Credit Union branches.

Lindsey displays a strong ability to influence and motivates her team to take exceptional care of our members all-the-while still being able to have fun along the way.

Lindsey impacts her local community as well with her willingness to be a sponsor for the yearly community cleanup day as well as helping with Little League T-Ball.

When asked to comment on Lindsey’s receiving the Manager of the Year Award one of her peers said “Lindsey is resilient and focused on doing the right thing all the time.”
