Kenneth William Krebs Sept. 4, 1939 – March 12, 2024 Obituary April 10, 2024April 10, 20240 Ken Krebs passed away peacefully at his home in Gold Hill, Ore., on March 12, 2024. Ken was born in Murray, Utah on Sept. 4, 1939. He moved with his family to Oregon in 1955 after the death of his father. Kenny served in the Navy from 1955-1959. He was a cowboy, logger, fisherman and truck driver. He enjoyed being with his family, fishing, hunting and rodeos. Ken is survived by his wife, Dorothy Krebs; son, Mike Krebs; two stepsons, Donald Maule and Tom Maule; stepdaughter, Nancy Maule; sister, Sharon Skinner; four grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 14 nieces and nephews. Ken is preceded in death by his parents, William George Krebs and Norma Poulter Long; daughter, De Ann (Krebs) Ferrendelli; granddaughter, Amanda Maule; sisters, Barbra, Evelyn, Norma and Gerry; and brothers, Johnny and Keith. A potluck memorial for Kenny will be held at the Down Right Drilling shop, behind the little league baseball fields in Burns, 987 S. Imperial Ave., beginning at 2 p.m., on Saturday, July 27, 2024.
