Dixie Lee Jones, born Oct. 7, 1943, passed away at her home in Princeton, on Sunday, Feb. 11, 2024. 

Married to Bobby Jones and is survived by two of their three children. Dixie is also survived by her younger brother, Frank Campbell. Dixie had five grandchildren and several great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren. 

Born in Rulo, Neb., she loved Oregon. Dixie, a caretaker in so many ways throughout life, raised four generations. It was rare to see her without one of us by her side. We all carry her in our hearts and minds that she will go on forevermore, may she be reunited with her husband, our papa, and rest peacefully watching over her life’s work, us her family.
