Congratulations to Brandon and Anna Palmer and Harney District Hospital’s New Year’s Baby 2024! A girl, Vivian Claire Palmer, was born Jan. 3, weighing 6 pounds, 14.2 ounces, and measuring 21.25 inches long. Grandparents are John and Vicky Clemens of Burns and Tim and Mary Claire Palmer of Houston, Texas.
