The Burns Hilander wrestling team took fifth place at the Muilenburg Tournament held at La Grande High School on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 8-9. Easton Kemper pins Nick Seatz from Bishop Kelly in Round 2. Thomas Winn took home first place in the 120-pound weight class and remains a perfect 9-0 on the season. Kale Cornell placed first in the 126-pound weight class, and moves to 9-1 for the season. Overall, Bishop Kelly took home the team title, scoring 372.5 points. Host team La Grande finished second, scoring 262.5 points, while Weiser came in third with 223 points. Sandy High School placed fourth, scoring 203.5, and Burns came in fifth place, with a total of 198.5 points to round out the top-five teams.
