OTEC holding community food drive through Nov. 14 Community News November 9, 2022November 9, 20220 Oregon Trail Electric Cooperative (OTEC) is holding a community food drive to help fight hunger this holiday season. Now until Monday, Nov. 14, OTEC member-owners can drop off non-perishable food items at any of OTEC’s four offices, which are located in Baker City, Burns, John Day, and La Grande. All food will be donated to local food shelters across OTEC’s service territory to support local community members in need before Thanksgiving.
