Patricia Lorraine Otley, “Patsy”, was born Sept. 6, 1939 and passed away Sept. 16, 2021 battling Ovarian Cancer at home with close Family by her side.

Patsy was born in Portland, Ore. to Floyd M. Morland and Anne “Patterson” Morland.

She is survived by daughters, Laura (Randy) Wear, Rhonda (Dean) Gunderson; and son, Danny (Cathy) Williams; grandchildren, Stefanie and Derrick Gunderson, Lindsey Somerville, Samuel Wear and Shayna Williams with thirteen great-grandchildren. She is also survived by brother, Kenneth (Carol) Dickenson; and sister, Dorothy (LeRoy) VanCleef with six nieces.

Patsy was dedicated to her many beautiful flowers/plants and yard, loved to golf and got a Hole-In-One at 130 yards on July 15, 1997. She has many bowling trophies from her younger years.

She will be greatly missed by family and close friends.

A Celebration of Life gathering will be planned for a future date.
