Patricia “Patsy” Otley, 82 passed away on Thursday, Sept. 16, 2021 at her home.  

A family and friends gathering will be at a later date. Contributions in Patsy’s memory can be made to Harney County Home Health/Hospice or CAN Cancer. LaFollette’s Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
