Enjoy a dip in the hot springs for half price on Saturday, Sept. 18.

Volunteers from the Crane RFPA will be present to provide tours of their fire trucks and discus fire safety.

The Crane Hot Springs is holding a benefit day on Saturday, Sept. 18 to raise funds for the Crane Rangeland Fire Protection Association (RFPA).

Enjoy a dip in the hot springs for half price (only $5). All day use proceeds will go directly to the Crane RFPA.

There will also be a barbecue from noon to 5 p.m., and volunteers from the Crane RFPA will be present to provide tours of their fire trucks and discus fire safety. A silent auction will also be held, with all proceeds benefiting the Crane RFPA.

One of 24 rangeland fire protection associations in the state, the Crane RFPA is a nonprofit association. Volunteers take time away from their jobs and families to put their lives on the line. Many of these volunteers are your friends and neighbors. They buy their own gear and donate their time to get the best training they can to be ready whenever the call may come for help.

Your donations will help offset some of the costs.

Crane Hot Springs is seeking support for the Crane RFPA, be it a donation of goods for the barbecue, a gift for the silent auction, or a monetary donation to go directly to the Crane RFPA.

Crane Hot Springs hopes you get the chance to come out and meet the wonderful men and women of the Crane  RFPA while enjoying good food and a soak in the hot springs.
