Born on Sept. 6, 1988 in Lewiston, Idaho. He grew up between Southern Oregon and Burns. 

Jacob was a caregiver by trade which was born from his innate sense for helping others. He was a lover of science and nature from a young age and spent much of his time exploring and experimenting.

Family was everything to him and he told them he loved them at every opportunity. 

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Gene Wood. He is survived by his mother, Angie Wood; sister, Autumn Anger-Wood; grandma, Judy Presley; aunt, Mindy Wood; uncle, Nick Wood; and his cousins, Jordan Von Tersch, Tim Nutting, Noah Nutting, August Curran, and Ariana West.

His celebration of life will be held on March 20 at 3 p.m. at the Memorial Building at the Fairgrounds.

The family is providing a main course for food and drinks. Side dishes are welcomed.
