Congratulations to Seth and Sarah Aurland and Harney District Hospital’s (HDH’s) New Year’s Baby 2021, Sterling William Aurland. Sterling was born Jan. 10, weighing 7 pounds and measuring 19.5 inches. He joins siblings, Sage, 3, and Sadie, 4, at home.

The family received the New Year’s Baby gift basket containing the following donations from local businesses: A piggy bank with coins, baby wipes, Boogie Wipes, books, laundry soap, body wash, lotion, and diapers from Bank of Eastern Oregon; 6 pounds of hamburger/sausage and an $18 gift card from Buermann’s Ranch Meats; two movie passes, popcorn, two sodas, and two candies from Desert Historic Theatre; a $25 gift card from Glory Days Pizza; shampoo, lotion, Vicks BabyRub, Head-To-Toe Baby Wash, and shower wash from Grocery Outlet; a severe weather kit from Les Schwab Tire Center; a $50 gift card from NAPA Auto Parts; two T-shirts and a tractor stuffed toy from Premier Ag (Robbins Equipment); a gift certificate for a free 8×10 photograph from Ruthie’s In His Image Photography; diapers, baby wipes, shampoo, lotion, toy keys, and a stuffed-animal pacifier from Safeway; soap, lotion, and a homemade bag from Corinne Huseby of Sage Country Soaps; a $25 gift card from Thriftway; and a robe and spa set from the HDH Materials Management Department.
