Ivory Irene McCuen 1990 – 2021 Obituary February 10, 2021February 10, 20210 Ivory Irene McCuen, beloved granddaughter, daughter, mother, sister, aunty, niece, cousin and friend passed away suddenly on Jan. 24, 2021 in Eugene. She was 30 years old. Ivory was born on March 13, 1990 in Grants Pass, Ore. She grew up on the high desert in the Crane and Burns area. Ivory was born with a free spirit and determination. Her greatest achievement in life was bringing two beautiful and wondrous boys into this world. After meeting Ivory once, you’d never forget. She loved music, had a passion for singing and a beautiful voice. Ivory loved nature, art, the stars, and a good cup of coffee. She loved mornings and watching the sunrise. Ivory will be forever remembered for her loving kindness and great compassion. Her message of love, diversity, acceptance, and understanding will carry on. Ivory was preceded in death by her grandmother, Shirley and grandfather, Billy Jack. She is survived by her two sons, Kilian and Mykelti; mother and step father, Cathy and Charles; grandfather, David; sister, Breezy; and several other family members to include her nephews, niece, uncles, aunts, and several cousins. A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 13, 2021 at the Burns Christian Church on 125 S. Buena Vista Ave at 1:00 p.m. We hope to see family and friends joining together with good memories, unity, and love honoring the life and passing of Ivory. The family would also like to take a moment and honor mental health awareness in the community and abroad.
