Mason Levi Maupin 1975-2021 Obituary January 27, 2021January 27, 20210 Mason Levi Maupin, beloved son, brother, father, uncle and friend passed away after a short illness Jan. 20, 2021 in Hines. He was 46 years old. He graduated from Crane High School in 1992, attended Oregon State and returned to the family ranch in 1995. He and his wife had a weed spraying business for a time and later he worked for the state of Oregon. He is survived by his parents, John and Renee Maupin; son, Nate, daughter; Savannah; wife, Sue; brothers and sisters, Fred and June Maupin of Crane, Max and Ginger Maupin of Elko, Nev., Todd and Zoe Thompson of Hines; nephews and nieces, Cole, Hannah, Miles Maupin and Emani Schaefer, Morgan and Gabe Maupin and Piper Thompson. He was preceded in death by grandparents, Bob and Mary Maupin, Fred and Vivian Pollock and uncle, Bud Maupin. He was a very fun and kind person much loved by family and those who knew him well. Holy Rosary for Levi is Friday Jan. 29 at 6 p.m. at Holy Family Catholic Church, funeral mass will be held Saturday, Jan. 30 at 10 a.m. at Holy Family Church (family, close friends) interment at the Burns Cemetery 11:15 a.m., near Juniper Lane, Celebration of Life 12 noon at The Historic Central Hotel 171 N.
