Kelley Ann Presley 1991-2020

Kelley Ann Presley, 28, passed away on Oct. 23, 2020.

Kelley was born in Winnemucca, Nev. to DeeAnn and Alexander Jay on Nov. 22, 1991. Kelley’s family moved around to different places in Oregon throughout her childhood. Before Kelley moved to Burns to make it her home, she lived in Keizer, Ore. There, she met her really good friend Dallas. His family welcomed her into their home as one of their own. While living with Dallas and his family, Kelley became really close to Dallas’ grandma Jo. Kelley and Grandma Jo created a very special relationship. Grandma Jo became a positive influence for Kelley and guided her on a path to Christ. This path lead Kelley in saving her and her siblings lives.

In 2009, Kelley, her mom and siblings moved to Burns. Kelley attended Burns High School and later transferred to Silvies Academy graduating in 2011. Later that year, Kelley accomplished her dream and started her own family getting engaged to Hilbert Presley. Kelley and Hilbert bought a house in Burns making it their home. In April 2012, Kelley gave birth to their son, Tanner Presley. On July 21, 2012, Kelley and Hilbert married. On Oct. 14, 2014, Kelley and Hilbert introduced their daughter Abbygail Presley into the world.

Kelley aspired her dream by putting herself through photography classes all while being a loving wife, mother, and working a full-time job at Parr Lumber. Later, Kelley and Hilbert bought a vinyl machine which lead into another one of Kelley’s dreams of owning her own business. Kelley started her home based business working alongside her husband, Hilbert in vinyl decals, woodworking, and photography. Kelley also ventured in becoming a Neolife consultant. later on, enough money was saved for Kelley to complete her dream of owning her own storefront business in downtown Burns. Kelley also aspired to be an author. Kelley wrote and published two books, one of which was titled “Never giving up on your way to success.”

Kelley loved to help any person she could. She always had a smile on her face and was full of love and laughter. Kelley always came up with some of the most craziest ideas and always managed to make her ideas work. Kelley enjoyed the holiday seasons and spending time with family and friends. Kelley also loved camping, hunting, swimming and going on adventures with her husband and kids. Kelley loved her kids with all of her heart. Kelley was a beautiful person inside and out. Kelley will forever live on in the hearts and memories of the people she knew and loved.

Kelley is survived by her husband, Hilbert Presley; her kids, Tanner and Abbygail Presley; mother, DeeAnn Kelley; mother-in-law, Linda Presley; father-in-law, Alfred Presley; sisters, Amber Herrera, Brenna Kelley, and McKenzie Kelley; brother, Zander Kelley, brother-in-law, Robin Presley; grandmother, Jamie Kelley, grandmother-in-law, Sharon Bailey; aunts, Shambre Gahley, Georgia Hopper, Tressa Bryan Kelley, Kim Kautz; cousins, Lee Woodruff, Nicole Hill, Shara, Jesse, Eva, William Elizabeth, and Tyrel; niece, Carlee, nephews, Cian and Carter; Parr Lumber family; Burns Christian church family; and many other family members and friends.

She is preceded in death by her grandfather, Rick Kelley; great-grandparents, Robirta and Paul Hopper.
