Douglas Robert Reynolds 1952-2020 Obituary May 13, 2020May 13, 20200 Douglas Robert Reynolds passed away May 5 at his home in Elko, Nev. Doug was born March 14, 1952, in Winnemucca Nev. Doug enjoyed dancing, hunting, fishing and trucking. Most who knew him have said that he was quite the storyteller and he did love telling stories of his past, especially when it came to trucking. He was a long time resident of Harney County, a member of the Burns Elks Lodge, and loved his time on the Harney County Fair Board. Doug is survived by his daughter, Stacey DeFord, and husband, Dwight, of Spring Creek, Nev.; son, Montie Reynolds, and wife, Amber, of Mount Vernon; granddaughter, Cheyenne of Spring Creek; grandson, Jimmy of Alaska; granddaughter and grandson, Daizie and Toby of Hines; mother, Rosalee Eilers of Sacramento, Calif.; sister, Kathy Jay, of Las Vegas, Nev.; brother, David Rudolph, and wife, Carol, of Chico, Calif.; uncle, Gordon Shepherd of California; nieces and nephews, and many close friends he considered family. He was preceded in death by his father, Robert Reynolds; and brother, Mitch Lambert. At his request there are no services planned at this time.
