Harney County Clerk Derrin “Dag” Robinson released the final list of candidates who will appear on the ballot for the May 19 Primary Election.

The offices of county assessor and county clerk only have one candidate, Karen Zabala and Robinson, respectively, so they automatically move forward to the General Election.

Circuit court judge and district attorney are state positions. Running for judge are Rob Raschio, John Lamborn, and Jim Carpenter. District attorney candidates are Ryan Hughes and Tim Beaubien.

Candidates for county commissioner, Position 1, are Kristen Shelman, Bill Wilber, Chris Pratt, and Forrest Keady.

Those running for county sheriff are Kerry Boggs, Lucas McLain, Dan Jenkins, Patrick Weber, Chris Nisbet, and Mark Creighton.
