Glenna F. Johnson, 77, passed away Dec. 23 at Harney District Hospital.

She was born Dec. 24, 1941, to her parents, Carl and Jetta Harris, in Hundred, W. Va. After graduating from Hundred High School, she soon entered the military, and was honorably discharged from the U.S. Army with the rank of SP-4.

She was in the shipping and receiving industry for 30 years and retired from Bentley, Nevada as a traffic coordinator in 2004.  Glenna and her husband of 30 years, Mark, lived in Oregon for 10 years and had recently relocated from Prineville to Burns one and a half years ago.

Glenna is survived by her husband, Mark Johnson; daughter, Phyllis Ann Pederson, and son-in-law, Lawrence Pederson;  stepson, Cliff Johnson; granddaughter, Loren Pederson; sister, Jean Wise; and brothers, Donald and Dan Harris.

She lives forever in our hearts. LaFollette’s Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
