Mary Otley, 96, passed away Jan. 15 at her home in Diamond. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, Jan. 24, at the Harney County Fairgrounds Memorial Building, with a luncheon to follow the service. LaFollette’s Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
