Marilee Anne Caswell Rowley 1943-2018 Obituary April 11, 2018April 12, 20180 Marilee Anne Caswell Rowley passed away peacefully March 19 at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend. John Martin and DeEtte LaRene Butler Caswell welcomed their third daughter, Marilee Anne, on Nov. 26, 1943. Marilee grew up in Timber Lake, S.D., attended Holy Cross and Timber Lake grade schools, and graduated from Timber Lake High School in 1961. After graduation, Marilee moved to Oregon where she became a hairdresser with Myone Beauty Salon in Milwaukie. She had numerous faithful clients with whom she stayed in contact through the years. On Nov. 20, 1971, in Milwaukie, Marilee and Laurence Wayne Rowley were married; and on Jan. 17, 1974, twin daughters, Carrie and LeAnne were born. Wayne and Marilee moved to Burns in their retirement years where they enjoyed raising cattle and crops. Marilee is survived by her husband, L. Wayne; sister, Gail Caswell Freeman and husband, Joseph; mother-in-law, Pearl Debow; and numerous nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, David; sister, Luella Caswell Crain; and daughters, Carrie and LeAnne. A memorial service will be held at 12:45 p.m. Friday, May 18, at Hillside Chapel, 1306 7th St., Oregon City. Interment will follow at Willamette National Cemetery at 2:30 p.m..
