A retirement party will be held for former Harney County Judge Steve Grasty Friday, Jan. 13, at the Burns Elks Lodge. The social hour will begin at 5 p.m., and a chicken-fried steak dinner will be served at 6 p.m. The cost of the dinner is $10, and diners will pay at the door.
