Hosted by the Harney County Chamber of Commerce, the 2018 Harney County Brewfest will be all about taste, entertainment, and fun with friends!

Adults age 21 and older can treat their taste buds to craft beers and crisp ciders this Saturday, Sept. 22, from 4-8 p.m. at the Arrowhead Plaza, which is located on Broadway Avenue in downtown Burns.

Breweries on tap will include Steens Mountain, Ordnance, Worthy, 1188, Cascade Lakes, and Wild Ride. Based in Burns, Steens Mountain Brewing Company is a hometown favorite. Ordnance is out of Boardman, Worthy is based in Bend, 1188 hails from John Day, and Cascade Lakes and Wild Ride reside in Redmond. Each brewery is bringing a couple of beers to choose from. There will also be some cider options available to quench your thirst and satisfy your sweet tooth. If you start to get hungry, you can hit up Up, Up and Away, as the balloon business will be serving hamburgers and hot dogs.

In addition to treating your taste buds, this sensational event will entertain your eardrums with toe-tapping tunes from disc jockeys Party of Three. MiWave Internet is also offering free Wi-Fi to keep you connected.

Presale prices are $25 for one 8-ounce commemorative mug and 15 tickets or $50 for one 8-ounce commemorative mug and 32 tickets.
