Ulaberl Allen, 86, passed away Sunday, Jan. 15, at Harney District Hospital.

Recitation of the Holy Rosary will be held at 9:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 21, at Holy Family Catholic Church with Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 a.m. Contributions in Ulaberl’s memory may be made to the Harney County Senior Citizen Center.  LaFollette’s Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
