Jeanne Grayson of Longview, Wash., passed away Dec. 28 at her home, Canterbury Inn, of natural causes.

Jeanne was born July 13, 1919, in Marysville, Mo., to Roy F. and Coila G. Johnston.

Jeanne married Stafford Norman (Steve) Grayson on May 26, 1940, in Steelville, Mo. Steve and Jeanne retired to Burns, and later to Lincoln City.  After Steve passed away, Jeanne moved to Rainier.

Jeanne is survived by  her son, Steve (Connie) Grayson of Kelso, Wash.; daughter, Candice (Steve) Spenner of Kooskia, Idaho; four grandchildren; and 10 great-grandchildren.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents; a brother; three sisters; and her son, Mark Grayson.

A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m., Jan. 6 at the Taft Pioneer Cemetery.
